Can be remote but 1 day a month min in Richmond or McLean. Client wont pay for travel. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Developer to join our team on a hybrid basis in either Richmond, VA or McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SQL, Tableau, and Python, and will be responsible for leveraging these tools to analyze data, create reports, and develop solutions that support our business objectives. Supporting C1 platforms (email, push notification, text messages) on websites and apps Much work is focused on executing the experimental portion Managing & analyzing data pipelines, dashboards (business metrics for Monthly Business Reviews) Understanding customer behavior & satisfaction Strong communication skills - must be able to analyze data and provide updates to other analysts or stake holders Must have experience: SQL, Python (automation & orchestration) & visualization tools (tableau) Nice to have: Understanding of AB testing Contract only - extension or conversions contingent on business needs & performanceKey Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Use SQL to query and manipulate large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, providing insights to stakeholders. Analyze trends and patterns in data to support decision-making processes. Development & Automation: Use Python to automate data processing tasks and develop scripts for various data-related functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Continuously improve data workflows and processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. Communicate findings and technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall success of the team.Must-Have Qualifications: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Extensive experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Solid experience in Python for data processing and automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry.
