Team Coaching: Coach and mentor the development team on agile principles and practices, helping them to become self-organized and high-performing. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove obstacles that could hinder the teams progress, ensuring that the team can work efficiently. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure that the teams work aligns with the product vision and business goals. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to reflect on their processes and implement changes that enhance productivity and quality. Performance Metrics: Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. Agile Advocacy: Act as an advocate for agile methodologies within the organization, promoting their benefits and best practices.
