Recommend, establish, and maintain Application Quality Testing. Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse. Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs. Familiarity with Agile practices, including Scrum, and tools like Azure Boards for iterative development. Researches and applies knowledge in emerging technologies and best practice guidance. Continuous process documentation is highly needed, documentation should be concise and organized and prepared for managerial review. Skills Required: Must be expert in Development and Design of Traditional Web APIs Must be expert in Development and Design of Angular version 17 and Angular UI Must be expert in Development and Design of DevOps Pipeline Architecture Must be able to work in a SMALL team and understand all design elements. Expert understanding and application of Angular, .NET Core (C#), Visual Studio, JavaScript, TypeScript. Experience with CSS3 and HTML5. Web/API development in the .NET Framework (C#, .NET Core).
