Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred. Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in IAM and PAM. Strong knowledge of IAM and PAM technologies (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD), methodologies, and best practices. Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Strong ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
