We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. ITSM Analyst with specialized expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly within the Service Request Catalog and Employee Center modules. This role is integral to our IT Service Management (ITSM) team, focusing on the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions that drive our service delivery and enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow Service Request Catalog and Employee Center modules, ensuring they align with business requirements and ITSM best practices. Process Improvement: Analyze existing ITSM processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, user satisfaction, and service quality. Catalog Management: Develop and maintain service request catalogs, ensuring they are user-friendly, comprehensive, and accurately reflect the services offered by the organization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Incident & Problem Management: Support the resolution of complex ITSM issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on service performance, usage trends, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making. User Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other ITSM team members, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow, specifically in the Service Request Catalog and Employee Center modules. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, administration, and development, including workflows, scripting, and integrations. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and systems, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: ServiceNow certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
