Desired Qualifications: CCNA, CCNP/DP or CCIE Certification preferred - Datacenter. Bachelors degree in computer science / engineering and/or 3+ Years of Networking Experience Demonstrated skill with creating and/or updating technical design documentation used by engineering teams. Experience working in a Product/Agile environment utilizing Atlassian Jira products. Experience and familiarity with Change control processes - Service Now Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship building skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio Professional Experience with regulatory and auditor collaboration. Experience preferred with scripting YAML/Python/Ansible/GITHUB Ability to make decisions quickly in a high-volume hosting environment. Ability to solve complex problems and analyze issues.
