The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and education, supporting the establishment of Communities of Practice (CoP) and Centers of Excellence (CoE), and providing development support for IT teams. Key Responsibilities: Training and Education: Develop comprehensive training materials tailored to various user groups, including end-users, developers, and IT support staff. Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform tools. Community of Practice (CoP) and Center of Excellence (CoE) Support: Assist in the establishment and maintenance of Power Platform CoPs and CoEs within the organization. Provide guidance and mentorship to CoP and CoE members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Development Support for IT Teams: Create and maintain development support materials, including documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for IT support teams. Act as a subject matter expert for Power Platform-related issues, providing advanced support and guidance to IT teams as needed. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials and sessions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. Experience in creating technical documentation and support materials. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Experience in consulting or a similar role within an IT environment.
