ROLE #1 Job Title : Physical Modeler Expert Work location : Greensboro, NC (Onsite from day1) Rate: 55/hr on C2C Position Purpose: We are currently looking for a high energy person to work with our Physical Modelers and Studio Engineers. The candidate should be prepared to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, gaining experience and knowledge in various aspects of engineering, the studio and physical modeling. To support the Product Design team and make them more effective in both the conceptual early phases of projects and the more technically intensive development. Experience and social skills to be able to engage in spontaneous dialogue around ideas and concepts with a technical perspective is necessary. Position Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain precision milling machines. Perform tool selections. Maintain equipment by following maintenance schedules and instructions. Maintain a clean work area. Ability to assist in machine maintenance. Maintain a positive attitude and work with co-workers to promote a safe environment. Ensure that CAD data is complete and satisfactory for milling components, so closing out models will be required. Designing armatures. Work cross-functionally internally and externally with the Design Studio. Assist in the planning of events, prototype modeling activities and estimating task/operation duration. Actively participate in all studio activities related to the project. Build a cooperating network between design and engineering. Create various technical specifications to direct design work (sketching, clay modeling and 3D data). Critical Competencies: Must be competent in Mastercam with a minimum of 10 years experience, and a knowledge of Catia being an asset. Experience and ability to own given tasks and proactively move forward in a clearly defined plan of execution. Ability to propose engineering design solutions in support of the Design team. Teamwork: Building cooperation among individuals and departments, sharing information and resources, and working to achieve group goals and outcomes. Strong communication skills: Listen effectively, transmit information accurately and understandably, and actively seek feedback from experienced engineers, project manager, etc. both verbally and visually. Dependability/Reliability: Follow through on commitments, timely delivery on projects, assigned tasks, etc. Flexibility: Willing to perform a wide range of tasks, positive response to changes in direction and priorities, and acceptance of new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments. Must be able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously. Must be a motivated and energized self-starter being able to work alone and in teams while working on many different tasks and with limited direction. Knowledge of 3D printing, clay model work and even painting are assets. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) Willing to speak out. ROLE # 2 Title: Devops Cloud (AWS) Location: Arlington, Texas (Day1 Onsite) Rate: $60/HR on C2C Please share Genuine Profiles. Skillsets: AWS cloud CI/CD pipelines, Scripting, Worked in Agile. Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs Experience on AWS cloud with excellent expertise in Coding. Experience on CI/CD pipelines orchestration by GitLab CI or similar tools. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline) Must have experience using GitHub to manage and share code repositories created using Git. Need to know how to use Git to create code repositories, manage code versions, and push new code to live software. Must be able to write clean code thats reproducible and error-free and should have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork on large projects. Expertise in using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to define and manage infrastructure as code, ensuring consistent and reliable environment provisioning. Knowledgeable in version controlling infrastructure changes and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and management. Proficient in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline to automate the build, test, and deploy processes. Experience in integrating Code Pipeline with other AWS services like Code Build, Code Deploy, and Code Commit for seamless and efficient deployment workflows. Advanced skills in bash scripting for automating repetitive tasks, managing server configurations, and handling deployment scripts. Ability to write, debug, and optimize scripts to improve operational efficiency and system performance. Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities. Setting up tools and required infrastructure. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation. Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project. Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs. Experience working on Linux based infrastructure. Excellent understanding of Ruby, Python, Perl, and Java. Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services. Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles. Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible. Incidence management and root cause analysis. Coordination and communication within the team and with customers. Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs. Managing stakeholders and external interfaces.
