Role: Salesforce Support Lead - CGEMJP00265122 Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Roles and Responsibilities: Location Preference: New Jersey, USA (Needs to be 3 days in office every week) Minimum 7-10 years of technical experience with Salesforce Sales/ Service Platform. Knowledge and awareness of Health Cloud is a plus. Good Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration like OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Managed Package installation, Custom Metadata, etc. Good Salesforce skills in building custom applications using Flows, Batch processes, approval processes, Apex & test classes, more into a multi package environment (having multiple triggers and configurations for same object). Hands on experience with LWC (using standard components, LDS and Custom event). Must have experience with deployments. Must have experience with Integrations. Basic idea on config /code and component development requirements for an Experience cloud. Either trained or hands on in using Health Cloud managed package. Good to have worked / trained on any extension health cloud packages. Good understanding of Care Programs, goals, tasks and Care Plan object model. Aware of EHR data model and aware of any existing component base provided by Health Cloud ( Health Cloud console, appointment booking and Experience cloud component base).
