| Role: ServiceNow admin Location: Plano,TX & McLean,VA(Onsite) Need Only 10+ Years Experience Client -- Hexaware Job Description The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will demonstrate skills in areas for the Operational support, Incident/problem resolution, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. This position will focus on supporting the ServiceNow platform and administrative activities. Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to forms, tables, reports, configuration changes and workflows. Support Upgrade activities implement new solutions in ServiceNow to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot problems, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis. Assist with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances, Integrations, Mid server installation and maintenance. This role will require a strong knowledge and hands on experience of the IT Service Management Modules and Automation Workflows and also requires a strong architectural knowledge of the Service Now platform and Infrastructure. Extensive knowledge of administering ServiceNow, Mid servers and Integrations. Experience and working knowledge with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SAMPro, APM, CSDM, CMDB modules Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Must be a team player. Excellent communication skills and Ability to multi-tasking, provide on-call and after hour support. Must be able to document and manage SOPs. Ability to quickly learn new modules of ServiceNow. Monitor ticket queues and close within the defined SLAs. Adhere to controls, standards, and policies! Ability to prioritize and deliver work in a timely manner Qualifications: Strong Administration and operational knowledge of ITSM, and IT operations management (ITOM). 6-8 years of IT and Web Development/Front-End experience, including experience utilizing programming languages such as JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, XML, Shell Scripting, and REST API. Possessing a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field is required.
