Role: QA Automation Lead (LLM & CI/CD exp) Location: New Jersey,NJ- onsite Duration: Contract to Hire Mode: Video Job Details: Role Description: The Quality Engineer for Generative AI will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the AI systems developed under the EDM GENAI project. This role will involve working closely with the development team and key groups to understand the project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.The Quality Engineer will be responsible for conducting various types of testing including unit testing, component testing and multi-component testing. They will also be responsible for automating these tests to improve efficiency and reliability. This will involve using various automation tools and techniques, and the candidate should be proficient in these areas.In addition to testing, the Quality Engineer will also be responsible for tracking and resolving any issues that arise during the testing process. This will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.The Quality Engineer will also need to liaise with global teams to understand the project requirements and ensure that the AI systems developed meet these requirements. This will involve regular communication and coordination with these teams and the candidates should have strong communication skills Competencies: Digital : DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Generative AI, Core Java, JMETER, Selenium Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: - 8+ years of proven work experience in Quality Engineering- Integrate LLM automation tests into the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Hands-on experience in prompt engineering concepts.- Proven experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks for Large Language Models. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or similar. Experience with popular testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).- Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts and techniques.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Jenkins, Git)- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Experience in automation technologies including Selenium, Junit, Gherkin, JMeter etc. and scripting languages including java.- Proficiency in usage of PostgreSQL and Vector databases(ReDis) or large datasets.- Team player with good communication skills to work effectively in a global team.
