Position: BA with Flexera Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interivew: Phone and Video Job Description: Must have Flexera Knowledge and Azure Knowledge Flexera Knowledge Create and interpret Custom reports Create, edit and interpret license records and understand the differences Run consumption reports for Internal license compliances File and installer evidence for license compliance verification and removals Knowledge of software licenses, terminology, etc. ServiceNow Knowledge Operational ServiceNow ticket work when needed Ability to guide operational team to help resolve software related questions. Azure Knowledge Create EPICs, Features, and PBIs Excel Heavily dependent on Excel and utilization of Ablebits Ability to scrub data out of excel spreadsheets Ability to follow step by step instructions Assistants on all Internal and external software audits. All data collection, research, reporting, meetings with SW Owners, ability to answer questions, review and follow up where needed. Cross functional team meetings and reliability.
