| From: sujata, Vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Validation Estimation Specialist Location: Marietta, PA (Onsite) Skype USC, GC Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries Be able to create cost estimate for validation activities Individual should have experience on soft (in-lined and outsourced man hour estimation) and hard cost (computers, licenses, software, etc) estimation and implementation. Be able to compare recent network experiences with bench marking including timelines and estimated man hours for execution and development of validation documents. Be able to understand the validation activities for single use systems, process equipment, utilities and cleaning systems. Should have experience in testing and validating the performance of the configured systems. Have knowledge on FAT and SAT activities. Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and specifications. Responsible to prepare proposals and documentation to clients. Individual must stay updated on industrial trends, material costs and labor rates to ensure estimates are based on current market conditions. Individual must ensure that all estimates comply with relevant regulations, standards and contractual requirements. Must be able to work closely with other team members, including project managers, Suppliers, electrical engineers, and technicians, to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, science or related field. At least 8 years of experience in qualification activities for Pharmaceutical Industries. Proven knowledge and experience in automation, equipment and utility validation. In depth understanding of cGMP regulations and FDA guidelines associated with pharmaceutical industry. Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (reading, speaking and writing) is a must.
