| Subject: FW: Project Manager - Oracle Fusion Cloud Deployment for Finance - Remote with travel PV Beacon This one is still open Pay Rate $60/hr on C2C Must be a true PM, not Oracle Functional Consultant Extreme Networks Sr. Project Manager Oracle Fusion Deployment Finance 12+ month Contact Must be willing to travel when needed on a Quarterly basis (usually North Carolina or New Hampshire) Must have recently been a PM for an Oracle Fusion Finance Deployment Location : 9 Northeastern Blvd, Salem, NH Location Details: Fully Remote- with occasional travel required Important Skills Technical Finance Business Process, PMP, Oracle Fusion, JIRA Must Have: 6+ years experience as a project manager, specifically within IT programs Extensive background with Oracle Fusion Cloud- Financials Experience implementing ERP- specifically Oracle Fusion Experience with JIRA Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Finance track of our Oracle Fusion Transformation project. This role is critical to assist the program and the business focus on the key steps and tasks of the program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, with specific experience supporting Finance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion, with a primary focus on Finance business processes. Develop and manage detailed project plans that are necessary to complement the overall program plan. Ensure your focus areas/actions within the project stay on track with respect to scope and schedule. Monitor project progress within your focus areas, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stakeholder Management and Meeting Coordination: Collaborate with team members within Finance to ensure execution against program objectives. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders in support of the program plan to drive the program forward. Prepare meeting agendas, document discussions, and track action items to ensure accountability. Facilitate communication between team members to drive project progress. Documentation: Oversee the creation/update of key deliverables requiring input and signoff by Finance team members. Ensure all deliverables being updated by Finance is complete, and accessible to relevant team members. Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and other key stakeholders. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, and drive action to mitigate identified program risks. Maintain a risk register and report on the status of risks and issues regularly. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years experience as a project manager, primarily with IT programs Understanding and experience with Finance business processes Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
