Heres the Job Description for your reference: : Data Analyst Location Boston, US Job Description: Provide day-to-day support for program operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, process breakdowns, and data quality problems that may arise during program execution. Collaborate with offshore teams and client stakeholders to address issues and resolve inquiries. Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Document process flows and develop recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with data and AI teams to explore opportunities for automation. Work with the RPA team to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated. Develop automation requirements and collaborate with RPA developers to implement solutions. Analyze program data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and address concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., .Net, Angular, Python, PowerShell). Experience with healthcare data and systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge of automation tools and methodologies (e.g., RPA, AI, ML).
