| Hi Team, Looking for Power BI Developer Job Title: Power BI Developer Location: Hybrid - 3 Day Onsite - Houston, TX YoE : 8+yrs Only US Citizen Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, and will be responsible for developing and managing BI solutions that help drive business decisions. The role requires a deep understanding of business intelligence, data warehousing concepts, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis. Create dashboards, interactive visual reports, and reports using Power BI. Develop data models and manage large datasets. Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making. Convert raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and easy-to-understand reports and visualizations. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to identify needs and ensure the best data-driven decisions. Troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software; performance-tune these applications as necessary. Develop and update technical documentation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role. Proficient in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and M (Power Query). Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Strong understanding of Power BI service, Power BI Desktop, and Power Query. Experience in managing and using Azure services is a plus. Solid understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework. Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, etc. Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages like R or Python. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
