Job Title: Full Stack Lead Developer With Android, iOS) Mobile Exp Location: Costa Mesa, CA, 92626 (Day1 Onsite) Duration: 6 Months REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EDUCATION: Overall 10+ years of experience is Mandate and candidate should be working as a Full Stack Lead Developer. Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience. 8+ years of total experience with extensive hands-on experience in Native (Android, iOS) Mobile Applications and Responsive Web Portal (Angular) Development. 5+ years of experience building Micro services using Spring Boot and server-side technologies. 5+ years of experience in Agile methodology. Knowledge and experience of deploying mobile applications to Google Play / Apple store. Good knowledge and experience on SQL/NoSQL databases. Good experience in integration of maps (ex: HERE or Google maps) in mobile/web applications. Good amount of knowledge and experience in Weblogic, Tomcat and Various Development tools, like Eclipse, SQL developer, Angular, Android, Node tools. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like: Jenkins, Sonarqube etc. IoT basic understanding and configuration skills. High-level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex. Able to capture and communicate the big picture to management and stakeholders and the ability to drill down into technical specifics during project delivery. Able to influence technical teams and arrive at consensus for technical issues. Exhibit appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals. Experience in migrating and upgrading solutions across platforms and vendors. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause of software and system failures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop both front-end and back-end of mobile applications and portals, ensuring seamless integration between client and server-side components. Design and implement scalable and maintainable application architectures that meet business requirements and are aligned to industry standards. Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure that the codebase is of the highest quality, optimized for performance and scalability. Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. dentify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both the application and server-side components. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline and automate development processes. Ensure developed applications are secured, compliant with security standards and best practices. Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders. Contribute as a strong hands-on technical member in project development and delivery activities. Manage projects acting as a technical advisor to external parties such as clients and partners. Evaluate the existing system and work with business and technical members to recommend solutions results in more effective systems. Evaluate the cutting-edge technologies to Identify the right technology-stack, platforms and frameworks to solve the existing problems or new requirements. Take the lead and acquire full responsibilities of new initiatives and meet the requirements of the deliverables. Jump into incidents or problems and provide the guidance/solutions and keep the stake holders update with respect to technical standpoint.
