| Job Title -Sr. ServiceNow Developer Location- 100% Remote Duration -12+ months Must have CIS APM Certification (Must provide a copy with submission) Open to all work authorizations except H1B, must have resided in the US 3 of the last 5 years Position Summary: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions related to Application Portfolio Management (APM), Configuration and Service Data Model (CSDM), Discovery, and Service Mapping. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our IT service management capabilities and drive efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Application Portfolio Management (APM) Implementation: o Implement and enhance the APM module within ServiceNow. o Define and manage technology portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives. o Develop service catalogs and other enhancements specific to APM. 2. Configuration and Service Data Model (CSDM): o Build and maintain the CSDM framework within ServiceNow. o Establish relationships between configuration items (CIs) and business services. o Educate APM analysts and enterprise architects on CSDM features. 3. Discovery and Service Mapping: o Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping applications. o Ensure accurate and up-to-date CI information through automated discovery. o Collaborate with infrastructure teams to map dependencies and visualize service relationships. 4. Collaboration and Training: o Conduct workshops and training sessions for APM analysts and other stakeholders. o Participate in design reviews and SCRUM meetings. o Serve as a point of contact for business requirements related to APM and CSDM. 5. Documentation and Process Improvement: o Create and update configuration documentation. o Continuously improve processes related to APM, CSDM, and related modules. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on APM, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Strong knowledge of CMDB and its associated processes. Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules is a plus. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred. Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
