| Job Title: Business Analyst - MS Dynamics CE Location: Deerfield Beach, FL Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension) Overview: Join us in sunny Deerfield Beach! We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE). This role involves working on various projects and product teams, with a core emphasis on Dynamics CE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs. Gather and clarify requirements using agile techniques. Collaborate with implementation partners for smooth project rollouts. Implement and optimize features, workflows, data processes, and automation. Serve as a subject matter expert on application design and system functionality. Ensure compliance with IT standards and methodologies (QA, PMLC, SDLC). Act as Scrum Master when needed. Technical Skills: 5+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on agile methodologies. 3+ years in supply chain or logistics roles. Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, and testing. Proficiency in agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and Scrum Master certification is ideal. Skills in functional design, process alignment, and data analysis. Familiarity with Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure Data Lake preferred. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus. Qualifications: BS/BA/MBA Degree. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
