Role: Flex PLM SME/Consultant Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Duration: Contract Must-Have: Exposure to working with Retailers and brands in RFA (Retail Footwear Apparel) domains Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and proactive in building process solutions aligned with technical feasibility Expertise in various modules of PTCs FlexPLM , Thingworx Retail Connector (TRC) , Flex Insight Responsibilities: Gathering business requirements, providing solutions and estimations, documenting them. Development of solutions in FlexPLM, TRC Development and support on FlexPLM Enhancements, Bugfixes, Change Requests, Customizations, workflows, reports, RCA. PLM to downstream integration development and System and Application maintenance. Build deployment. End-User trainings, Application Upgrade activities Engage with customers through daily/weekly customer meetings. Good domain knowledge of FlexPLM for Apparel, Footwear and Retail projects both functional and technical. Excellent Java and FlexPLM development skills Understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge of Oracle/SQL Capable of Translating clients business requirements and objectives into technology solutions and roadmaps.
