| Role- Project Manager for a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX. Visa- Only USC/GC OR H4-EAD WORK HOURS AND LOCATION Remote opportunity in Texas (must be able to attend meetings in Austin, TX and pick up equipment day one of project. ******* REMOTE - ONLY CANDIDATES WITHIN TEXAS NEED APPLY****** Physically attend meetings in Austin, TX, required to attend a virtual onboarding session and to physically pick up agency issued equipment in Austin, TX on their first day of contract . Additional appointments and blocks of time that the contractor will need to attend during their first week of assignment. Title: Project Manager Responsible for managing 1-3 projects for DFPS simultaneously using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies. - SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information Systems) Certification requirements & Salesforce experience! CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Minimum Requirements: 7 Years- Leading Information Technology software development projects 7 Years-Understanding of a variety of software development topics, such as requirements writing, development, software testing, and code promotion 7 Years-Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes 7 Years-Working knowledge of project documentation including charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, resource management, status reports, issues logs, action logs, and decision tracking documents 7 Years-Ability to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified issues 7 Years-Ability to manage changes in project scope, resources, and budget 7 Years- Ability to communicate project progress and upcoming activities to project resources and all levels of project stakeholders 5 Years-Skill in interpersonal relationships, including working with people under pressure, negotiating among multiple parties, resolving conflicts, and maintaining effective working relationships 5 Years-Leading project teams to the successful completion of projects 5 Years-Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint 4 Years-Lead Project Manager on Major Information Resources Projects Preferred Minimum Requirements: 4 Years-Knowledge of SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information Systems) Certification requirements 4 Years-Working knowledge of Texas Project Delivery Framework requirements for major Information Resources Projects 4 Years-Strong understanding of EIR Accessibility requirements and their technical specifications 4 Years-Experience managing SALESFORCE projects 1 Year-Working knowledge of the following DFPS systems/programs: IMPACT, PACES, ABCS, PEIRS, NEICE, e-Report, e-Travel, General Placement Search and Community Based Care 1 Year-Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute WORK HOURS AND LOCATION Remote opportunity in Texas (must be able to attend meetings in Austin, TX and pick up equipment day one of project.
