Project Manager Good communication and collaboration skills are a must as this individual will work closely with management, project stakeholders and the application development team. Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required. Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities: Required: Twelve or more years of IT work experience on application development projects, including 5 or more years managing projects. Experience with overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Experience establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies. Experience assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Experience tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Experience communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. Ability to assist Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Knowledge of and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. Ability to manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. Experience writing business cases. Experience eliciting, capturing, analyzing, refining, articulating and documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes. Experience managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to collaborate closely with Users, Development and QA Teams. Experience leading and managing requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts and internal/external customers. Experience overseeing design of test cases. Experience managing project scope, acceptance, installation, deployment. Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders. Experience creating technical & administrative reports. Experience testing applications. Experience creating wireframes and user workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Good understanding of application development concepts. Experience developing requirements and product specifications for new or existing applications. Proven experience in creating user stories, acceptance testing criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes for clearly communicating a set of functional requirements. Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated documents. Strong understanding of iterative software development. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Ability to facilitate and conduct meetings while asking questions and soliciting feedback, presenting and capturing notes/requirements in various software applications/tools. Ability to take initiative and be proactive with few or vague directions. Good understanding of risk assessment. Desired Skills/Experience: Project management skills.
