Job Title:

D365 Project Manager

Location: Remote

Remote (Must be located in PST or MST time zone, with a high preference for candidates in San Diego)

Contract Duration:

2-3 Year Long Contract

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Supply Chain Management and CE/CRM projects.

Experience with at least 5-8 end-to-end implementations of AX 2012 D365.

Certifications:

PMP certification is required.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Leadership & Communication:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and other requirements.

Bachelors degree required.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Planning & Management:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining the project scope, scheduling timelines, and allocating resources efficiently.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of D365 solutions.

Stakeholder Communication:

Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, and promptly addressing any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.

Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure that the project adheres to industry standards and best practices throughout all phases of implementation.

Documentation Management:

Manage project documentation, including gathering and documenting requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

Training & Support:

Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase to ensure successful adoption of the D365 solutions.

Performance Monitoring & Corrective Actions:

Continuously monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet project goals and objectives.
