| Role: Kore.ai - Enterprise Architect Location: Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC (3xdays/week onsite) Start date: 8/19/2024 Duration: 12mo Domain: Financial Services Rate: 80hr + expenses Visa: (USC, GC ) ** Must have hands-on !! ( Kore.ai) Job Description: MUST HAVE: Experience in building Contact Center applications using Kore.AI, Genesys, Nice or other modern Contact Center platforms Experience with the Kore.AI platform or similar conversational AI platforms Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in Java, Node JS, Java Script, Jquery, HTML 5, CSS3, Redis/MangoDB, Web Sockets. Experience in defining/creating/consuming SOAP & RESTful web services. Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP Experience in various authentication and authorization frameworks UI development experience i n Angular /React Qualifications: Good to Have: Kore.AI Certificaitons Good to Have: Any Chatbot development experience Good to Have: Open Source code contribution -------------- As an Enterprise Architect, you will be leading the design and implementation of th e Kore.AI platform. You will be responsible for understanding the functional requirements, translated them into a technical architecture usin g Kore.AI platform and design the variou s upstream and downstream integrations.""
