Job Title: Network Operations Representative / Network Services - Team Lead Location: Dallas, TX (100% Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract No h1B Job Description: Primary Skill: Genesys. Cloud Networking & Fortinet Firewalls Comments / Special Conditions: Enterprise Network Operations (P3 - Advanced) Primary job duties/responsibilities: As a Network Operations Representative, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back-office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Network and Service Management is required. Network Management Patterns & Techniques, Network Operations & Service Management, Network Performance Management (NPM), Service Quality Management, and Enterprise Network Operations with expert proficiency are recommended. The SME is expected to have experience with the following: 1. Network (voice) platform support, administration and troubleshooting. 2. Contact Center platform - Genesys. 3. Voice platform - Ringcentral, PBX. 4. Availability and performance events monitoring and detection. 5. Change request processing for soft MACDs (moves, adds, changes, and deletes). 6. Network incidence response, troubleshooting, and resolution. 7. Statistical reports on network outage impact. 8. Design, protocol, and routing of IPT/PBX/ Contact Center maintenance.
