Required knowledge and skills In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems, including installation, upgrade, driver management, configuration, virtualization, custom shell development, and OS imaging. Ability to script and automate tasks using Windows PowerShell. Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving both server-side and client-side issues. Knowledge of basic networking concepts, such as DHCP and DNS, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience authoring documentation for end-users and/or field engineers. Basic requirements Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant experience Preferred knowledge and skills Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Task Sequence (TS). Experience working with virtualized Windows environments. Experience installing and upgrading Microsoft SQL server software.
