Process Industry Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Long Term Interview: Phone/Video Job Description: SAP ERP Production Planning & Control Process Industry (PP PI), SAP ERP Quality Management (QM) Key Responsibilities: SAP ERP Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain SAP PP module to ensure effective production planning and control processes. Provide technical and functional support for SAP PP, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production plans, schedules, and workflows in alignment with demand forecasts and inventory levels. Implement and optimize production strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to industry best practices. Identify and address any gaps or inefficiencies in current production processes. Data Management & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning and control. Generate and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, quality assurance, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of production processes. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP functionalities and best practices. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP ERP production planning and control, preferably in the process industry. Proven expertise in SAP PP module configuration, implementation, and support. Skills: Strong understanding of production planning and control principles within the process industry. Proficiency in SAP PP module, including integration with other SAP modules. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Certifications: SAP PP certification is a plus.
