Ensure new, modified or terminated leases are entered in CoStar software timely. Request new lease vendors setup and any changes. Reconcile lease expenses and submit lease payments from CoStar to SAP. Nice to have hands on configuration and design experience with SAP Contract Management System. Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP Contract Lease Management implementations with SAP Finance Respond to tax team, internal audit team, and external audit team on related fixed assets. Proactively interact and respond timely to emergency capex requests or urgent requests to support the operating business units and executive management.
