Appian Lead (10 Years IT, 7+ Years Appian DeveloperExp) Technical/Functional Skills Appian BPM experience, Appian Certifications, Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSS\\ WebSphere|WebLogic etc Experience Required 10+ years IT, 5+ years of Appian ust Have 1. Minimum 5-7 years of Appian BPM experience. 2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc. 3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment ete. 4. Should have good knowledge of Java, JEE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XMI, XSLT etc. 5. should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine). Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards. I Roles & Responsibilities Good-to-Have 1. Appian Certifications if any. 2. Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team. 3. Excellent analytical and communication skills. 4.
