Please find the below Job description and send the suitable resume to [email protected] Job Title: Azure Cloud Architect Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote) Duration: Long term contract Experience: 13+ Years Required Skills Must have 5 years of experience with Azure Cloud services, including custom imaging, VDI/Hypervisor technologies, Intune, MDM management, VNet, Resource Groups, and Azure VPN gateways. Must have 5 years of demonstrated knowledge of directory services, including Azure AD and on-premises AD. Must have 5 years of experience in leadership, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and documentation skills. Must have 5 years of experience with cloud computing and management, including groups, users, virtual machines, and other Azure resources. Must have 5 years of thorough knowledge of firewalls, including access groups, rules, ports, and pinhole connections, as well as interoperations between technologies. Must have 5 years of experience in implementing secure, best practices access for confidential data and maintaining infrastructure availability. Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications in Azure Cloud Architecture or related fields. Experience with additional cloud platforms or technologies. Responsibilities: Design and implement custom imaging, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, and Hypervisor technologies in Azure. Manage and configure Azure services including InTune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Virtual Networks (VNet), Resource Groups, and Azure VPN gateways. Oversee and manage directory services, including Azure Active Directory (AD) and on-premises Active Directory (AD). Develop and enforce cloud computing and management best practices for groups, users, virtual machines, and other Azure resources. Implement and manage firewalls, including configuring access groups, rules, ports, and specific pinhole connections. Ensure secure, best practices access for confidential data and maintain high availability across all infrastructure components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide leadership, facilitation, and negotiation in cloud architecture projects. Document and communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
