Workday Functional/technical developer Ex capital one resources are required Must sit onsite in Plano, TX, Richmond, VA or McLean, VA hybrid (Mon & Fri remote/Tue-Thu onsite) Quantity: 5 Rate: open Duration: ~3 months with extension INTEGRATION ROLE NEEDS: Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 4 years of experience with Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core connectors, Studio, XSLT, PECI) At least 1 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform At least 1 years of experience with calculated fields, EIBs, custom reports Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience with Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core connectors, Studio, XSLT, PECI) 1+ year of experience with Workday Orchestrate or Extend Workday or Workday Pro certifications (Integrations/Extend) Configuration Experience in Workday Human Capital Management platform (specifically recruiting module - functional configuration) Functional developer General Responsibilities: Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
