JOB DESCRIPTION Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS AND SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS These Software Engineer 3 contractor positions are part of the Texas Health and Human Services IT Admin Apps Robotic Process Automation team and will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The Workers will perform developer duties that will include solution design and development, process automations, infrastructure management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
