Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports and dashboards. Dashboard & Report Development: Develop intuitive and actionable dashboards and reports to meet the evolving needs of the Finance and Operations teams. Customize and optimize these reports to provide meaningful insights. Collaboration: Work closely with Finance teams to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective Workday Prism solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert for all things related to Workday Prism. Optimization & Best Practices: Continuously refine and optimize existing reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Apply best practices in data visualization and user experience. Problem-Solving: Act as the primary resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within Workday Prism, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems. Client Liaison: Serve as the "GO TO" consultant for Workday Prism, providing guidance and support to the clients team. Ensure all reporting and analytics needs are met with a high degree of professionalism and expertise. Qualifications: Extensive experience with Workday Prism, particularly in financial and operational data modeling and reporting. Strong background in Workday Financials, including Accounting Center. Proven ability to work collaboratively with Finance teams to understand requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with system integrations, though direct integration tasks will be handled by the clients integration team.
