Job Title : Software Engineer Location : Bryant Park New York, NY(Onsite). Contract. Job Description: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering focused on backend development in an Agile SDLC environment. Solid hands-on experience in Python or Java and CI / CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Docker, Jenkins). Understands cloud native development with the understanding of Microservices Architecture. Experience with Linux/Unix. Understands database concepts (DDL, DML, Indexing, Partitioning, etc.) Experience in deploying cloud native applications to a cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience with design patterns (MVC, Product & Consumer, Singleton, Factory, etc.) Understands application security concepts: Encryption, Decryption, SSL, JWT, Authentication, Authorization Experience in collaborating on small POCs (Proof of Concepts) with other engineers. Experience conducting performance tests and monitoring applications with tools such as Dynatrace Strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to actively coach less experienced team members and be an influencer in the team. Comfortable challenging peers and leaders to drive strategy forward. Nice to have: Familiarity with GenAI, NLP (Natural Language Processing) Front end development experience (e.g. JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue.js) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
