| Position:: UKG Pro WFM Config Specialist 1 100% Remote Anywhere in India is ok Need to work in USA Timings Job Description:: We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) Config Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing UKG Pro WFM to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: * Configure and customize UKG Pro WFM to meet client requirements * Develop and maintain detailed configuration documentation * Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to understand business needs and implement solutions * Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues * Stay up-to-date with UKG Pro WFM product updates and new features * Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure configuration efforts are adequately planned and resourced Ideal Candidate: * 7+ years of experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration and implementation * Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM product features and functionality * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Required Skills: * Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM product features and functionality * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration tools and technologies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Preferred Skills: * Certification in a related field, such as UKG Pro WFM or workforce management * Experience with UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Ready * Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools * Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#) * Experience with UKG Pro WFM product APIs * Familiarity with configuration tools and technologies (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SQL) * Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.) Note: * UKG Pro WFM is a comprehensive workforce management solution that includes forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, and performance management. * The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UKG Pro WFM product and its configuration requirements. * Experience with other UKG products, such as Workforce Central or Workforce Ready, is a plus.
