1.ServiceNow Developer (SAM/HAM primary) - focus on developing within the Software Asset Management module and, if time allows, with Hardware Asset Management. I need a developer with experience deploying SaaS modules who can also configure these plugins to show benefits. I am seeking entitlement management and reclamation and showing value from SAM and HAM.

2.ServiceNow Developer (AIOps) Developer that has built out AIOps in the past and came lead and champion the deployment and configuration of the module.

3.ServiceNow Developer (SecOps SIR/VR) Dedicated resource to work with our security team in developing their user stories and helping to move forward with phase 2 development of the SIR and VR modules.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance on achieving goals via recommended features, functionality, and design.

Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow.

Understand the impact of security and compliance on platform design and data.

Perform day-to-day maintenance and configurations in ServiceNow.

Develop systems integrations and process automation.

Development efforts will include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies, scripts, etc.

Scope and implement practical enhancements and changes.

Manage customer portals according to business needs.

Assess the ServiceNow instance's health and maintain the platform's integrity.

Perform updates and releases, including planning and testing.

Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.

Assist with application and platform upgrades.

Provide general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Guide less senior developers/administrators.

Education and Experience:

A bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, or something similar is preferred. Work experience is considered in place of a degree.

At least three years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method.

Direct experience with the design and implementation of ITSM capabilities in ServiceNow.

Broad experience in the ServiceNow platform, including multiple applications, process automation, the service catalog, integrations, and portals.

Experience with translating business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, VR, SIR)

Designing and implementing IT and non-IT related process workflows, procedures, and technical standards.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML, ServiceNow Development APIs, AngularJS, SQL, and custom ServiceNow App Development are all helpful

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping is helpful.

Certified Systems Admin, Certified Application Developer, or other ServiceNow certifications preferred.

Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and technologies.

Able to work with customers and the business to understand business needs and translate those needs into technical solutions.

Ability to work within an Agile framework for development and release schedules.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, high-level problem-solving ability, and an analytical approach to implementing solutions.

Must be able to work within a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment with competing priorities.

Must be able to coach and train other developers/admins with less experience.
