| Position :: UKG Pro WFM Quality Assurance Lead 100% Remote Anywhere in India is ok Need to work in USA Timings Role Summary: Seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead the QA efforts for our UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of UKG Pro WFM implementations and Enhancements, from configuration to testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of QA engineers in testing and validating UKG Pro WFM configuration, integration, and deployment * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality implementation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, configuration, and deployment teams * Identify and prioritize defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues * Develop and maintain QA processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency * Provide technical expertise and guidance to QA engineers and other stakeholders * Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure QA efforts are adequately planned and resourced Ideal Candidate: * 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management solutions * Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM product features and functionality * Experience with testing methodologies, including agile and waterfall * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Required Skills * Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM product features and functionality * Experience with testing methodologies, including agile and waterfall * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with QA automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium Preferred Skills: * Certification in a related field, such as QA or testing * Experience with UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Ready * Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools * Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C) * Experience with UKG Pro WFM product APIs * Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g. JUnit, TestNG) * Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.) Note: * UKG Pro WFM is a comprehensive workforce management solution that includes forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, and performance management. * The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UKG Pro WFM product and its testing requirements. * Experience with other UKG products, such as Workforce Central or Workforce Ready, is a plus.
