Please response me on my official email - [email protected] Job Title: Grafana Observability Developer, Location: Aurora, CO ( Must be local , role is hybrid from day one) Visa: USC or GC LinkedIn required Two end client references Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineer to spearhead the development of a Next-Generation Observability framework for our WiFi organization. This role is critical to enhancing our monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities across our entire network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Grafana and related observability tools, as well as a strong understanding of networking principles, to ensure robust and scalable observability solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Next-Generation Observability framework using Grafana and other observability tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and optimize dashboards, alerts, and metrics to provide comprehensive visibility into the performance and health of the WiFi network. Integrate observability tools with existing systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and real-time monitoring. Establish best practices for observability and monitoring across the WiFi organization, including documentation and training for team members. Continuously evaluate and improve observability processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to observability, monitoring, and data collection. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in observability and networking to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on observability, monitoring, and data visualization. Proven expertise in Grafana, Prometheus, and other observability tools and frameworks. Strong understanding of network protocols, WiFi technologies, and networking principles. Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Shell). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing observability frameworks for large-scale network infrastructures. Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics for predictive monitoring and anomaly detection. Certifications in networking, cloud platforms, or observability tools.
