We are seeking specialists across multiple niche areas to form a team of challengers who will review and validate security and risk decisions made by the 1A teams (builders/designers). These roles require deep expertise in specific domains, a zero-trust mindset, and the ability to challenge existing security/risk controls effectively. Roles and Responsibilities: General Responsibilities (All Roles): Challenge and review security/risk choices made by the 1A sector. Maintain a "trust but verify" mentality and adhere to a zero-trust model. Conduct thorough validation and verification of security controls. Provide technical leadership and consulting to the team. Identify and mitigate emerging threats, particularly from ransomware and generative AI. Translate complex technical concepts for senior leadership and non-technical partners. Use Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau for documentation and reporting. Work autonomously on high-profile, complex, and high-risk technology projects. GRC Focus (3 Roles): Drive the challenge process forward and provide recommendations on improvements. Foresee issues and identify emerging industry trends. Specialized knowledge in IT security and risk disciplines. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
