| Title: Project Manager Location: Columbia, MD - Hybrid only Born USC Need a strong project manager with at least 50% travel. ( 1 week onsite, 1 week remote and so on). Primary skill is - SAP all modules Project management. Immediate need - SAP IBP Project Management, must be able to manage all SAP and non-SAP Projects. 1. Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets. 2. Decision Making: Demonstrate strong decision-making skills by analyzing complex situations, evaluating options, and making informed decisions that drive project success and mitigate risks. 3. PMO Setup: Establish and implement Project Management Office (PMO) standards, methodologies, and processes to streamline project execution, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency across IT projects. 4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations. 5. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, time, and budget, to optimize project outcomes and achieve objectives. 6. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery. 7. Communication: Facilitate clear and transparent communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and foster collaboration. 8. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services. 9. SAP Project Experience (Preferred): Experience with SAP projects is highly desirable, though not mandatory. Candidates with SAP project experience will be given preference. 10. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project performance metrics, analyze project data, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
