Please share the resume at [email protected] Position: ServiceNow Support Executive /Admin Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite) - Please share the local profiles Duration: 12 months Description: Responsible for administration of ServiceNow tool Troubleshooting Level 2/3 Incidents in ServiceNow Support queue Accountable for Service Restoration/Resolution for incidents/tasks in-scope Ensure production stability, and track issues to closure Production Deployment & Certification Pre-Production support Limited to Small Enhancements Code review and update as and when required for production issues Regression testing support for small enhancements Knowledge Management - Creating/Maintaining knowledgebase documents. Vendor Liaison for the applications in (TCS) scope Performance/Status/SLA Reporting Reporting - FAILED EVENTS, Resolution, Error trending, Daily scorecard Participate in Change analysis and planning Production Deployment & Certification Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
