Should be able to understand complex requirements, business architecture and business process flows and produce test plans, test strategy which can be consumed by various stakeholders and team members. Extensive experience in requirement analysis, functional and UAT testing, test case creation, execution, defect management, requirement traceability matrix, reporting and stakeholder management. Extensive experience in team leading, project leading, business coordination for demos, requirement clarification etc. Good Exposure to Automation Testing. Good attitude and good communication.
