(Only H1B or local to NC) Role: Program Manager Location: Salisbury, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Must Haves : Strong Sr. Program Manger role to manage complex Program refreshing HW / devices across retail stores Strong Program mgmt., financial mgmt., schedule mgmt., multiple workstreams. Provide coaching, support, and oversight of several Project Managers Requirements : Build & manage organizational charts for project teams. Document the roles & responsibilities as agreed or as defined by the SDLC. Create & manage share point sites set up. Create facility, document items, and manage the issues, risk, change and decisions for the project. Create high level project plans as needed for the Discovery and Planning life cycles. Have proficiency using MS Project to create and maintain high level project plans. Be able to document requirements, goals, objectives, business processes and other We may need you to document at times. Prepare weekly status reports for project, steering committees, and business teams. Enter and maintain the Power Steering page for the project (a portfolio tool). Build a resource plan based on the planning stages. Create a financial plan & coordinate with project coordinator to build a tracking spreadsheet, update PPM, and provide executive summaries. Prepare and coordinate presentation of a project kick off presentation. Coordinate with vendor(s) who will be part of the project delivery to prepare combined plans, review SOWs for validity, and establish cadence for communication with the vendor(s). Define and prepare a communication plan including the deliverables the PMO is responsible to manage. Awaiting your quick response. Thanks! P.S.
