Job Description - Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)(Locals only) Visa: USC/GC Client is looking for someone who is Handling development related project and SDLC Experience Preferred Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is helpful. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required. Experience in Technical Project Management is beneficial; we welcome applicants with varied levels of experience. PMO, PMP, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification is an advantage, but not mandatory. Experience working with senior leadership (Director level and above) is a plus. Exposure to technology data projects (cataloging, modeling, mapping, etc.) and reporting is advantageous. Knowledge of BI tools is a plus but not essential. Experience with managing operating budgets or project financials is beneficial. Agile experience is preferred. Personal Attributes Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong leadership skills are a plus. Creative and analytical in problem-solving; teamwork and innovation are valued. Excellent listening and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy in conversations. Ability to build trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint (PowerBI a plus), and SharePoint; experience in presenting to stakeholders is advantageous. Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence is helpful. Results-driven and accountable for meeting business needs. Comfortable working in dynamic environments and collaborating across areas to achieve business objectives. Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change in a cross-functional environment. Decisive in resolving business problems and identifying priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables. A versatile team player who thrives under pressure. Maintains high confidentiality of strategic business data. Education A degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with diverse educational backgrounds and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
