Program will allow candidates who are within the state of Texas (Any location within the State of Texas). Job Description: 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Additional job details and special considerations: These Software Engineer 3 contractor positions are part of the Texas Health and Human Services IT Admin Apps Robotic Process Automation team and will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The Workers will perform developer duties that will include solution design and development, process automations, infrastructure management, collaboration, and continuous improvement. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
