| Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer Must-Have: Public Sector- Health and Human Services Reside in Texas Client: The Tx Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) LOCATION: Austin, TX (remote, candidate must currently reside in Texas) DURATION: Initial contract for 1,900 hours through 8/31/25 (end of fiscal year) with anticipated extensions. C2C USC/GC/EAD I have a form, will send after submission JOB DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of PeopleSoft HCM developer. The developer will be part of a dedicated CAPPS HCM upgrade project team. Hands-on experience in Texas state agency or CAPPS system preferred. The core duties include analyzing and modifying system codes and creating technical design documents to meet batch processes and interface requirements. In addition, troubleshooting and debugging system issues as needed. Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.
