| Application Lead Developer/ Architect (GCP+ AI/ML + Python + SQL) Location: Boston MA / Remote Duration: Contract We are looking for an experienced Lead Application Developer (Tier T2) to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and support of our AI and API infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, Gemini LLM, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, and Microservices. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and resolve any issues that arise. AI Systems: Oversee and support the operation of Gemini LLM and Vertex AI, ensuring models are performing optimally and addressing any issues that arise. API Systems: Manage and troubleshoot Pub/Sub messaging systems and microservices, ensuring reliable data flow and efficient service interactions. Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AI models and APIs. Extensive experience in application development and Architect, with a focus on AI systems and APIs. At least 10 years of experience in a lead or senior developer role, particularly in maintaining and supporting complex systems. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, Gemini LLM, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, and Microservices. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices. Familiarity with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise-level software architecture.
