Position Name Android and Web App Compatibility Test Engineer Type of hiring 12 Months + W2 or C2C Location San Jose, CA [On-site] Job Description: Job description: Role and Responsibilities: Prepare Test plan based on requirement from different stakeholders Write test cases to test core functionality of applications Test Android and web applications against various OS platform builds Prepare test execution reports, track and report app compatibility test failures Skills Required: BS/MS in computer science or equivalent 3-5 years of relevant experience in Android & Web applications testing Must have at least 2 years of experience with Android application Testing. Must have knowledge of testing concepts (Compatibility, regression, reliability etc). Must be familiar with ADB commands. Should be familiar with the Linux environment and able to execute Linux scripts in test environment Excellent communication skills. Independent and self-motivated. Basic log analysis is a plus.
