Job Description - Cybersecurity Policy Administrator to support the U.S. Army. This fully remote role is crucial for ensuring compliance with DoD security regulations within Amazon AWS environments. We are looking for a seasoned professional who holds an active Secret Security Clearance and CompTIA Security+ Certification. If you're passionate about cybersecurity and policy administration, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make an impact. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the SME on Cybersecurity Policy Administration, offering guidance on all related activities. Manage and update documentation in eMASS, including ACAS and STIG files, and oversee all eMASS management aspects. Collaborate with technical and policy teams to implement and monitor technical security controls, including STIGs and SRGs. Oversee ATO requirements, ensuring systems meet all necessary security standards. Act as the ISSO for hosted systems, fulfilling responsibilities outlined in AR 25-2. Assist hosted customers in obtaining and maintaining RMF for DoD IT and other necessary certifications. Update accreditation package artifacts, such as system diagrams, inventories, and other documentation. Review and evaluate Information Systems Design Plans and other relevant documents for security compliance. Regularly interact with ISSOs and ISSMs, ensuring alignment with security policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 12+ years of experience in information assurance or cybersecurity policy administration, with cloud experience preferred. Mid to senior-level experience in Cybersecurity Policy Administration, especially within cloud environments. Strong experience with eMASS is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Deep understanding of network, storage, server, and application technologies. Working knowledge of DoD STIGs and IAVM processes. CompTIA Security+ Certified. Active Secret Security Clearance.
