This role will lead the Clinical Workstation Modernization program, ensuring effective deployment of virtual desktop technology, Imprivata tap & go, and modern thin client and printing solutions. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and operate within the Program and Project Management Office (PPMO) standards to drive successful execution across large-scale initiatives. Responsibilities Oversees program planning and deployment for Clinical Workstation Modernization, ensuring minimal impact on patient care. Manages master-level and site-specific deployment schedules for virtual desktop technology and modern IT solutions. Coordinates technical resources and healthcare departments to ensure effective program communications, change management, and readiness. Leads cross-functional teams, including teams of up to 25-100 members, ensuring smooth program execution in line with PPMO practices. Proactively manages program risks, issues, and actions. Ensures proper staffing and capacity for deployment teams. Iteratively improves deployment processes, ensuring seamless operational transitions. Qualifications 8+ years of Healthcare IT project management experience, with a strong focus on integration and infrastructure. Experience leading large, cross-functional healthcare IT initiatives, preferably with Epic end-user technology. Proficient in M365, with strong data organization and presentation skills. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations with situational awareness and emotional intelligence.
